Q&A + Navigating Foundations Together

A supportive space to ask questions, find clarity, and get comfortable inside the Portal.

This live session is designed to help you feel steady, confident, and supported as you move through Foundations of Remembrance and begin exploring the newly activated Portal for Activated Humans.

Whether you’re just starting or already moving through the material, this gathering gives you space to slow down, ask questions, and understand how to work with the content in a way that feels nourishing for your life.

During our time together, we will:

• begin with a gentle check-in and welcome

• walk through the Foundations flow so you know exactly how to move through the material

• explore the Portal layout so you know where to find everything you need

• open the space for live Q&A — anything from emotional regulation to coherence practices to DNA communication

• offer an optional journaling question:
  “What do I most want support with right now?”

• close with a simple reflection to help integrate what you discovered

This session is meant to feel easy, grounded, and supportive — a place to bring your questions, your curiosity, and anything that needs clarity as you move through your journey.
