The Practices and Modules form the living curriculum we draw upon in Foundations for Remembrance and Heart-Centered Guidance sessions. Depending on where you are on your awakening path, you’ll find modules that introduce core concepts and shared teachings.

Each module offers opportunities to dive deep at your own pace, with reflections and practices designed to help you embody the teachings and integrate them into new ways of being.
