Foundations Kickoff + Coherence Practice

This gathering initiates the opening of the Portal for Activated Humans — a shared orientation where we step into this newly activated space side by side, discovering its shape and possibilities together.

Whether you’re beginning your journey with Foundations of Remembrance or continuing deeper into the Living Manual, this session gives you a grounded place to land, explore, and feel supported as we chart this new territory as a community.

During our time together, you will:

• receive a clear overview of how to navigate the Portal

• learn how Foundations is designed to support your growth

• meet and connect with fellow community members

• experience a simple guided coherence practice to help you center your mind, body, and energy

This is an easy, accessible way to begin — no previous experience needed.
You’ll leave feeling more settled, connected, and ready to move deeper into the work as the Portal continues to unfold.
