Founder and co-Creator of HerbaLighTonics and Heaven on Earth Institute

My journey began long before I understood the words “healing” or “spiritual growth.” As an adolescent, I felt lost and alone, my heart shattered, and I realized in a moment of deep honesty that I did not truly love myself. That realization, though painful, became the spark that set me on a lifelong path of self-discovery, awakening, and spiritual growth.

Over the years, I have walked a path of dedicated study and practice. I became a Certified Herbalist in 1997 and a Theta-Healing Practitioner in 2002, and have since been initiated into a variety of sacred healing arts. Motherhood, beginning in 2000, accelerated my mystical abilities and deepened my commitment to raising my consciousness and embodying unconditional love for myself and all aspects of the human experience.

Through my practice, I have developed a system of products and modalities that allow me to share this love and awakening with the world. The “I Love Myself” Collection of Ormus-infused herbal tinctures and essential oils is the physical expression of this work, while the Instant Shift Method provides practical tools to help anyone shift into higher states of consciousness with ease and grace.

This body of work has now expanded into the Heaven on Earth Institute, where vibrational medicine, sacred teachings, and community weave together into a living path of transformation.
