Due to the nature of herbal preparations and ingestible products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. In most cases, we will offer a replacement or refund for items that were damaged in transit or fulfilled incorrectly.
