About Zen
The Experience of Zen:
Stress pulls the body into reaction.
Zen gently guides you back.
As the aroma moves through the senses, the body begins to soften. The breath deepens. The noise settles. What once felt urgent loosens its grip.
This is the moment where everything changes—
not because the outside shifts, but because you do.
From here, you can respond with clarity instead of reacting from overwhelm.
Suggested Use:
Apply to wrists, temples, or over the heart.
For a more immediate shift, place 1–2 drops into the palms of your hands.
Gently rub them together, then bring your hands just below the nose.
Close your eyes.
Inhale slowly through the nose…
Exhale softly through the mouth.
Allow the exhale to be a little longer than the inhale.
Repeat for several breaths, letting the body begin to soften with each cycle.
You may notice the shoulders drop, the jaw release, the mind quiet.
Stay here for a moment.
There is nothing you need to force.
The shift happens naturally as the body settles.
Zen was created to work in harmony with the Instant Shift practice—supporting the nervous system in returning to a coherent, heart-centered state with more ease.
Use anytime you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or simply want to reconnect with a steady, grounded presence..
Ingredients:
Ormus-infused Grapeseed Oil, Orange, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Vetiver. Infused with prayer, grace, and unconditional love.
About Ormus:
Ormus refers to a group of naturally occurring monoatomic minerals that have been explored for their subtle conductive and energetic properties.
Minerals are the structural intelligence of nature. They carry order, geometry, and conductivity — qualities that support coherence within natural systems, including the human body.
In small amounts, Ormus is often used in vibrational preparations to support the flow of subtle energy and encourage a greater sense of balance and alignment.
In Zen formula, Ormus is infused into the grapeseed oil base, adding a mineral dimension to the botanical blend and supporting the overall intention of clarity, coherence, and ease.
Energetic Profile
Orange — uplifts and invites lightness and play
Lavender — soothes tension and opens emotional flow
Ylang Ylang — reconnects to joy, intuition, and softness
Vetiver — grounds, stabilizes, and anchors presence
Affirmation:
Take a slow breath as you apply the oil and allow the body to soften.
"I breathe in positivity, I breathe out peace and I love myself."
You may repeat this affirmation while inhaling the aroma or whenever you wish to return to clarity and ease.
Affirmations are most effective when the body is relaxed and the nervous system feels safe. In these moments the mind becomes more receptive, and new patterns of thought can begin to take root.
Through the natural process of neuroplasticity, the brain is capable of forming new pathways when supportive language is repeated over time. Pairing an affirmation with breath, scent, and a moment of pause helps the body register the message more deeply.
This affirmation is offered as a starting point.
As you become familiar with the practice, you may find yourself creating your own words — simple phrases that reflect the state of being you wish to embody. Over time, these small moments of intentional language can gently reshape how the mind and nervous system respond to life.
